TYPES OF SUPPORT GROUPS
Support groups can address a variety of conditions and disorders or provide support both for sufferers and for those around them:
Illness/Conditions: Depression or anxiety, psychosis, fibromyalgia, trauma, addiction.
Situational crises: Death of loved ones, divorce, single parenthood.
Family support: Parents, children, siblings, caregivers of individuals with mental health difficulties.
