We guarantee our patients the utmost privacy and confidentiality at all times. This consideration extends to our visitors as well. Accordingly, we ask that visitors refrain from taking any photographs inside the facilities, in any of our clinics, or during domiciliary visits.

Covid-19 considerations:
It is recommended to keep visitor numbers to a minimum during this time.
Visits and phone calls for inpatients in psychiatric wards:
- Visiting hours are daily between 10 am and 8 pm.
- One visit is allowed per patient per week.
- Receiving or making calls is specific to each department.
- It is advised that the first visit and/or first call be in coordination with the consultant of the department responsible for the case.
Specifics for Addiction Unit residents:
- First phone call or visit is after 7 days from admission.
- Receiving or sending calls takes place every day between 3 pm and 9 pm.
Phone calls and meetings with doctors:
- Phone calls and meetings with doctors take place daily between 1:30 pm and 3:30 pm
- Calls will be transferred to the hospital secretary who will connect the call to the concerned doctor.
- If the doctor is unable to answer the call on the spot, the secretary will take the number and will call back before 3:30 pm.
